Robert Chavira opened his first shop in the International Jewelry District of Los Angeles over 40 years ago. It was a family affair and the business specialized in custom jewelry. On their bench are craftsmen with skills to rival Cartier and Tiffany's.
Hundreds of overjoyed customers return to purchase again and again.

Robert Chavira Inc had a website filled with beautiful photos of custom jewelry and ready to order pieces. However, their website lacked the structure that allowed for easy intuitive browsing. Custom products were mixed in with ready to order pieces and customers still had to call and email to make the purchase. They were ready to remove the purchase barrier with a new site that had the architecture to support their long time customers while removing the barriers to purchase that existed before for impulse buys.
