Quiche

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup ice water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 350°F
  • Put flour in large bowl
  • Mix oil and ice water in a separate bowl until thick
  • Slowly drizzle mixture into flour while mixing
  • Press mixture into pie pan
  • Bake crust 30 mins ( can be skipped if you're planning to bake and then reheat the next day)
  • Add whatever meats & veggies (I just go with whatever is in the fridge that sounds good together)
  • Bake 45 mins
