Crust Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350°F
- Put flour in large bowl
- Mix oil and ice water in a separate bowl until thick
- Slowly drizzle mixture into flour while mixing
- Press mixture into pie pan
- Bake crust 30 mins ( can be skipped if you're planning to bake and then reheat the next day)
- Add whatever meats & veggies (I just go with whatever is in the fridge that sounds good together)
- Bake 45 mins
